Morven Park... history, equestrian events, and family fun!

In 1903, Westmoreland and Marguerite Davis purchased Morven Park, a home built in stages between circa 1750 and 1880. The Greek Revival style house that resulted in these years of construction sits amidst 1,000 acres of boxwood gardens, fields, lawns and woodland. Civil War history is hidden among our early 20th Century political legacy, as well as a rich equestrian heritage. Whether coming to Morven Park for a guided tour, a historical program, a special event, or just a walk through the gardens, plan on a fun-filled adventure. Morven Park, where fun comes in historic proportions.

The Historic Mansion and Tours are closed for the season.
